IMHO the best coffee served in Scotland at the moment is by Artisan Roast. There are two shops in Edinburgh, one in Glasgow and one in Kuala Lumpar. The Glasgow cafe has just celebrated its' second birthday and is where all of the coffee beans are roasted.
