Food Strategy
Yesterday I was invited to attend the Glasgow
Food summit – a bringing together of individuals from the council, charities,
businesses, the NHS, other relevant organisations within Glasgow. It was an interesting day, with the
opportunity to listen to presentations from a number of organisations and
individuals, with speed networking in the afternoon.
I look forward
to seeing a workable food strategy for the city which promotes a circular economy and brings people
and organisations together.
